1. I also felt this way a bit in the sequel trilogy when Rey seems to "inherit" the Falcon in a way. I suppose it's because Luke and Rey are both pilots and Chewie considers himself a co-pilot. But I still find it odd that the person who is over 100 years old is still second fiddle. I did love that the four of them were racing to save the day.
2. I know that Han is supposedly a fantastic card player, but sometimes I get the impression he's not as good at is as he thinks he is. Thankfully he's good enough at bluffing that's he's survived some of the tight spots he finds himself in.
3. I wasn't expecting it - at least not at this point in the book. I might've mentioned I read this before and have forgotten most of the plot, apparently. I hope most of the crew choose to join Leia, but suspect some might go their own way.
4. The pacing of this is almost too quick to be split into four parts. :/
