Welcome to our third of four check-in and discussion posts for our Book of the Month.
This month’s book is Heir to the Jedi by Kevin Hearne
Part 3: Chapters 13-18
Heir to the Jedi Part 3
1. What do you make of Luke's self-education of the Force and how do you think it's going?
2. This section contained a pretty big space battle. How do you think it compares to other space battles in the SW universe?
3. Drusil and Luke seem to bond briefly over meditation techniques. Have you ever practiced meditation? If so, how do your experiences compare to their conversation about focus and purpose?
4. Do you have any hoped-for resolutions for Nakari, Drusil, or any other character this book has introduced?
5. Anything else?
FYI - There's no need to answer all (or any) of the questions above - they're just talking points to get us started. Informal chatter is more than welcome! In-person book clubs often veer off topic, it's okay if we do as well. :)
All I ask is that you try to avoid spoilers for things past Part III of the book.
